Project #4 - Pet Authority Website

This is the summary of project #4 in my lifestyle business portfolio.

What Is This Project About?

This project's focus is around building an authority niche website in the pets industry.

I acquired this website at the end of November 2023 for $500. It has been kicked around heavily by the last few Google updates.

It currently has only one traffic source (Google) and one revenue model (Amazon affiliate network).

Main KPIs right now are:

[Not Started] - New link building campaign - HARO, guest posts, niche edits etc.
[Completed] - Diversifying traffic channels through Facebook and Pinterest
[In Progress] - Diversifying revenue models (adding display ads, paid products etc)
